What data we collect

When you join The White List we collect: your name, country, and — optionally — city, year of birth and a message for the future. To process your energy contribution we also need a contact email address and the minimum data required by the payment provider.

What is shown publicly

Only what you expressly authorised: your name, your country, the date you joined and, if you wrote one, your message. Nothing else appears on the public list without your consent.

What is never published

Your email address, your payment details, your city (unless you entered and authorised it), your year of birth and any internal identifier. We also do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your record from the list, or to withdraw your public consent. Write to us and we will do it: it is your name, after all.

Retention

This is, above all, a time capsule: our aim is to preserve the list for as long as possible. If a record is deleted at its author's request, it is really deleted.
